Bodyguard the just released movie from director Siddique will have its Tamil and Hindi remakes soon. Bodyguard is the movie which director Siddique made with 4 years of hard work. In Tamil the hero is Vijay and Salman for Hindi. The producer in Hindi will be Boney Kapoor and the director will be Prabhudeva.
Chronic Bachelor, by Siddique which was remade in Tamil starring Vijaykanth was a super hit of the time. Another movie friends, done by Siddique and Lal together was remade in Tamil starring Vijay and Surya. This was also a super hit there.
The Bodyguard took about 4 years to complete. It is because of the date clashes of Nayanthara. The Tamil remake of Bodyguard will start shooting after Vijay’s movie Sura. Siddique will direct this Tamil version.
Prabhudeva told Boney Kapoor about this movie and they decided to remake Bodyguard in Tamil. Their last movie with Salman,”wanted” was a great hit. Directors from Telugu and Kannada also approached Siddique for the remake of this movie.
It is assumed that Nayanthara will have her bollywood entry through the Hindi remake.
