Home minister Shri .Kodiyeri Balakrishnan will inaugurate the message centre of Kerala police today. The message centre provides the facility of messaging the complaints of people all over the world to the Police department. The inauguration will be held at Police Head Quarters at 4pm. People can use the number 9497900000 for sending their complaints as text message. The complaints that are registered with message centre will get forwarded to police officers responsible for taking the action. The facility makes possible to send the complaints to the 15,250 mobile phones of the police officers in Kerala. The complaints can be sent only as text message. Calling is not possible to this number.
